Huddersfield Town have secured their passage to the Championship play-off final, defeating Sheffield Wednesday 4-3 in a penalty shootout on Wednesday night.
The Terriers secured a 1-1 draw against the Hillsborough side on the night having fallen behind, going on to win the battle of wits from the spot.

Steven Fletcher opened the scoring in the 51st minute for Wednesday, but on own goal by Tom Lees 20 minutes later put Huddersfield back on level terms.
Town goalkeeper Danny Ward was the hero, saving two penalties taken by Sam Hutchinson and Fernando Forestieri.
Aaron Mooy took Huddersfield’s fourth kick and dispatched it into the corner with authority.
Huddersfield now move on to Wembley, where they will face Reading for a spot in the Premier League, accompanying the already-promoted Brighton and Newcastle United.
The match will be played at midnight, Tuesday 30 May AEST.
