Wollongong Wolves have announced a new kit deal with Puma, to be facilitated by Australia’s leading football retailer Ultra Football.
Ultra Football, a major partner of Outside90 and the Daily Football Show, will deck out all Wolves teams with Puma gear including matchday kits.
Wolves will have a dedicated online platform where players, fans, staff and others associated with the club can access special offers and apparel at a discounted rate.
“This deal is not only a big win for the Wolves but an acknowledgment from two major sporting and retail giants of the growth, importance and strength of our region,” Wolves CEO Chris Papakosmas said.
“Puma and Ultra Football can see the long-term value of being associated with the Wolves and our region and coming on board as partners just shows what is possible.”
Ultra Football Managing Director Bill Drossos hailed the deal as more than simply an outfit partnership.
“This is not simply about an agreement to provide gear and equipment,” Drossos said.
“It is so much more than that. The Illawarra and South Coast have had a long, proud football history and some of our most successful and influential players hail from that nursery.
“The footprint and talent the Wolves have at their disposal is the envy of many across the football community.
“As part of this deal the Wollongong Wolves have also been chosen as our Pilot Partner for our production and content strategies across our Ultra Football Tv platform and our new digital broadcast studio which is going to generate a whole new level of exciting opportunities and branding for the club, players and the region.”
