The plaudits have come thick and fast for Mathew Leckie after his brilliant individual goal against Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday.
Leckie burst down the right channel and cut inside, striking beyond the reaches of Bernd Leno.
The Socceroo was handed a huge compliment by the league’s official Twitter account, likening his goal to Arjen Robben.
The Netherlands and Bayern Munich star has built a reputation on scoring a similar type of goal.
The goal was Leckie’s fourth in Hertha Berlin colours.

Mathew Leckie – what a season he’s having. 3 goals in 71 #Bundesliga games before this season. 4 goals in 5 games since signing for Hertha.
